Jacketed Pan (requires steam boiler to heat), a 422L stainless steel tank and a 1.1kw centrifugal pump with stainless steel contact parts to transfer hot water from the jacketed pan to the tank. Pan requires a new pressure release valve. Pan dims are approx. 850mm Ø x 580mm D. Tank dims are approx. 660mm x 660mm x 970mm D. System was used in a food cooking process. Extraction hood not included.
