Paper with 2 films on top is passed through the CPE former. The rotating die is heated and causes the film to seal in the shape of the die. Previously used for disposable gloves. Dies included. Dies could be made for other applications. One machine will do only a single glove, the other will do a pair of gloves. Each glove exits on a piece of paper and proceeds through the folder. The Baum 4RA 20 x 20m series 400A folder does three folds so that the glove can then be packed.
