3 x Cheese Flipper sets, unused. The flipper set up allows cheese to drained vertically and is a mechanical flipper which allows the whole stack to flipped in one single action. The moulds are food grade plastic and each set is made up of 4 moulds and a riser (approx. 195mm Ø x 70mm H, riser height is 40mm). There are 8 sets per flipper. The Block/trays and mats (625mm L x 500mm W x 70mm H) are food grade plastic and there are 9 trays and mats per flipper. The mobile stainless steel frames are approx. 800mm x 800mm x 1680mm H.
