IBEX Stack Blast Freezer, YOM 2006, includes fans and Frick Ammonia refrigeration system. Has 2 sides of approx 26 trays. Last used to blast freeze 48 boxes of product per tray in approx 5 hours. Product in boxes were at ambient temperature prior to entering unit. Approx. footprint excluding infeed/outfeed conveyor - 7070mm W x 13m L x 9050mm H. Each tray is approx. 2600mm D and just under 3500mm W. Still installed. Will need to be removed at buyers cost.
