Bitumen Sheet Machines (x3), these units coat roofing insulation paper in Bitumen, YOM 2014, consists of 3 coating machines, 2 x Bitumen tanks (22T and 12T), ducting, fan, 2 x cooling towers and spare parts. These machines were made in NZ by TP Mechanical Engineering. Each machine makes 77 rolls per 8 hour shift with each roll being approximately 40m L x 1250mm W. Bitumen coating thickness can be approx. 145-260gsm. Machines will be available mid 2025.
