Batch Pasteuriser for beverages, 3 ph, electrically heated, temperature and timer controls, 3 layers/racks (each held 1300 x 275ml bottles), owner pasteurised their beverages for 50 minutes at 80 degrees Celsius. A winch (not included in the sale) was used to raise each layer to the top of the pasteuriser.
