Previously used for apple crisps (approx. 70kg raw batch per 20min) with low oil content, crisp texture, natural flavour/colour, chemical free and long shelf life (240-260 days). Could be used for the vacuum extraction of oil from botanicals such as lavender, onions. Consists of a vacuum fryer/extractor, oil holding/heating tank, oil separator, and liquid ring vacuum pump, recovery pot and filtration system. Steam boiler required. Power 18kw, 360V, 50/60Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire tape.
